100 People Who Are Screwing Up America. Who? Why?

100 People Who Are Screwing Up America. Who? Why?: "100 People Who Are Screwing Up America was written by Bernard Goldberg. He wrote bestsellers Bias and Arrogance (both books about media bias). He also used to be a senior correspondent on the CBS program 48 Hours."

RIGHT.

I must believe that the presence of this book on this site is satirical.

The book does not represent "Conservative" vs. "Liberal" values, whatever they may be in the modern political context, but "creepy hack" values vs. the rest of us who do not see making a quick buck at the expense of the rational discourse, so needed in this insane world, as a value superseding that of cheating his readers and his supporters alike.

Anyone who saw Jon Stewart quietly and cleverly turning Goldberg into the bag of mush he is cannot want to pass on one red penny toward him.

Let's look at the list: hmm Barbra Streisand. I wonder how many of the 1850 dead boys and girls in Iraq she is responsible for.
Perle, Wolfowitz, Rumsfeld... no where in sight. But Michael Moore is. Do you think that name is there to squeeze dollars and cents out of the pockets of knee-jerks.

Arthur Sulzberger but not Rupert Murdoch, John Mellon Scaife, nor Roger Ailes? Arthur may belong on the list but where are the others? Oh yes, I forgot, they might be the source of income at some time. Scaife is sure to buy a few dozen thousand of these books as he does for the rest of the conservative idiocracy.

Dan Rather but not Novak or Judy Miller?

Enough said. My list would have put George Lucas first for, after all, he reinforced the idea among our children, that evil is bad and we all know that making a buck transcends such childish values.
