For the past 5 months I've been working at Turbine on Dungeons & Dragons Online. It was an amazing experience and one that I've always wanted to have - work on video games everday - all day and get paid to do it. I was brought on to redo most of the user interface after the product went alpha - from Character Generation to the entire hud, social, chat, short cut bars, and just about anything you see in the game UI was redone after September by myself and about 7+ other people dedicated to making the game UI the best it could be at launch. It was a lot of long hours, a lot of fun, and I'm really proud to say the game will ship in about two weeks.
